Stop trying to develop eccentricities to seem interesting. For example: Psychologically, why is she attracted to old men? Admit she chose to live in an unairconditioned apartment to save on the rent. She would seem more relatable if she explained herself and her decisions. I agree, is a great website and I never would have known about it if I didn't watch her channel. The same goes for other "contemporary" brands and the fakes she used to be obsessed with. TBH, I really don't want to see her unbox the cheap Coach Outlet crap she likes. That is way more entertaining than listening to her wheeze after climbing a hill. She would receive more views if she went back to luxury content. Her first few videos about Louis Vuitton were interesting and I learned a lot! I also learned what NOT to buy and which websites to avoid by watching her unbox pieces from "preloved" websites. She is basically buying the same bag in different colors. (Why does she need a separate office from Paul? I picture the Willy Wonka scene where the old people are in bed together when I think about her living room.") That would make sense, though, seeing that she spent a few thousand dollars on prefab furniture and shelving for her "office". A lot of her sentences are ended with, "because we're in Oregon." When she's in Portland and her car is broken into, I want her to say, "because we're in Oregon." When she moves back to Texas broke due to the high cost of living, she'll know it is because of Oregon.ĭo you really think PLG is paying her to advertise? I am sure they give her free and discounted things to plug, but I never thought they would put her on the payroll. I am happy she is incorporating more fresh fruit and vegetables into her diet, but most of the same things also grow in Texas. Oregon is a beautiful state, but she acts like she's never seen mountains or the ocean or fruit trees. Some company sent her merch she said she loved, but later sold. Her secret Santa gave her a journal that she later sold. A student gave her powdered hot chocolate mix, but she later revealed she ONLY drinks the expensive hot chocolate from Williams Sonoma. She does a great job pretending she likes the presents. I watched one of the vlogmas videos where she revealed a few gifts from students and secret Santa. She has a problem buying stuff for unboxings then selling or returning. Who buys something they hate because they like the color? She will never use it and I suspect it will be listed for sale on her website very soon. She bought that weird journal with the long leather piece in green recently after previously saying she hated the design. The PLG obsession is strange and it needs to end. I started watching her mainly because the clickbaity titles drew me in. There are pieces I would like to have, but I am not going to pay those prices, even with the 30% off promocode. On more than one occasion, I have found myself on the PLG website.
